The Allergy Centre helps children and adults suffering from the following allergic conditions:

• - airway allergies (asthma, rhinitis, conjunctivitis)
• - food allergies
• - stinging insects allergies (bees, wasps, hornets)
• - drug allergies
• - latex allergy
• - skin allergies (atopic dermatitis, urticaria -angioedema)

Great attention is paid to Pediatric Allergy because childhood is the period when most allergic diseases first appear. However, the Centre’s activity is aimed at offering a wide range of services and assistance to families with allergy problems. It is thus possible to book a specialist allergy visit for both parents and children on the same day. For all abovementioned allergic diseases we offer visits, skin prick tests and blood tests (allergen-specific IgE). In addition to this, a highly advanced and sensitive allergy test is also available: the proteomic microarray for the measurement of specific IgE antibodies to multiple allergen components, called ISAC test. In accordance with the general practitioner’s request, the result will be interpreted by an expert allergist in our Centre.
