In compliance with the Italian law 675 of 1996, and the Code on the protection of personal data, Law 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter, "the Law"), all subjects responsible for the processing of personal data, as set forth in article 4 of the Law, must provide the party concerned with all the information on how personal details are collected, used or disclosed.
The Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre is responsible for the processing of your personal data, therefore in compliance with the law in force it provides information on how your personal data (hereinafter “Data”) are collected, used or disclosed.

The Data you have released or we have acquired within our activity will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and with privacy obligations our company has to guarantee.


1. DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES

The Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre can process personal details with the support of computers and/or paper to:

a) collect pre-contract or contract information;
b) comply with obligations deriving from contract relations with the Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre, correct management of the contract relation and related obligations, administration and correspondence management including fax or e-mail;
c) comply with every obligation laid down by law, Authority and Control Bodies or administration procedures;
d) carry out studies and market surveys, marketing, promotion of products and services.

The release of Data as per d) is optional and if you deny their processing there are no consequences. In case of denial, the Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre will not be able to provide you with information on events, conferences, presentations of new products or services, etc. Furthermore you shall not receive any publication or other material that could be interesting for you.
Data are only accessible to the company’s staff while carrying out their tasks, such as external relations and customer service staff, accountants, secretarial staff, managers. These people (the number will be limited to the minimum necessary) will be "in charge of the processing" of personal data and will be specifically trained to avoid loss, destruction, non-authorized access, or unlawful management of the data.
The Head of data processing for the Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre is Guido Baldo Dalla Rosa Prati. He will answer all requests regarding the processing of personal data.

2. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

The Dalla Rosa Prati Health Centre processes personal data in compliance with the law in force and in order to ensure their confidential nature and safety. Data processing is carried out by means of manual tools, computers and/or communication tools exclusively for the abovementioned purposes.

3. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Law states that all parties concerned must be informed on their rights in compliance with the Law; the list of rights is set forth in article 7. It provides that the party concerned may have access to his/her personal data, receive copy of the information processed, require their up-date, correction, integration, deletion or block.
